MEETINGS Schedule and Attend Board Meetings Annual Meetings/Special Meetings Follow Up on All Action Items COLLECTIONS Pursue delinquencies in accordance to the filed collection policy Monitor payment plans COMPLIANCE Enforce and ensure that all homeowner association rules and regulations are adhered to Community inspections including commercial property frequently as requested or agreed upon Common area/facility inspections providing recommendations to the Board CONTRACTORS/VENDORS Coordinates repair/improvement with contractors Assist board members with securing vendors and contractors and negotiate pricing Bidding process including soliciting reputable contractor Ensure contractors have proper insurance coverage at all times RESALE/QUOTES We will work with the mortgage and title companies to provide documents per request Prepare Resale certificates and Questionnaires Provide quotes and Estoppels for commercial properties AVAILABILITY We will be available Monday -Friday 7:30am -7:00 pm,excluding major holidays. In an emergency, "UPMC" is on call 24 hours a day. |
